Harvest Culinary Arts Center” and “Sister
Cities of Nashville” to offer an introduction
to Tango, food, wine and film in a 3-part
Taste of Argentina series.
Argentinian Chef: Hernan Borda of
Rumours Wine & Art Bar. Students will learn the
importance of food and wine in Argentinean culture.
Discover signature recipes such as "empanaditas"
and "churrasco" with chimichurri
sauce, while tasting regional wines
that are the perfect complement to these savory dishes.
